1950 – Establishment of a state enterprise POHRONSKÉ STROJÁRNE n. p., in Hliník nad Hronom
1951 – Starting of foundry and machine production begins mainly for mining and timber industry
1969 – POHRONSKÉ STROJÁRNE becomes a part of ZŤS Martin, thereby expanding the product range and the production of mining locomotives, motor housings and armaments production for defense industry is started
1990 – ZTS Pohronské Strojárne becomes an independent company
2004 – Lentimex enters into Pohronské Strojárne and established PHS Strojárne a.s. (Inc.)
