Flame-proof incandescent bulb lamp 527 04 02 for mine railway locomotives to be used in hazardous environments with potentially explosive atmospheres
Flame-proof lighting lamp 527 04 02, in solid closure Ex d, is intended for use in hazardous environments with potentially explosive underground atmospheres. In connection with the ANH 1 alternator, breaking switch and distribution box VRS 1 and battery 12VPzB46, it serves as lighting equipment for mining railway locomotives.
The design of the lamp provides a choice of the mode selection between main beam, dim light and taillight (red) of the locomotives by means of built-in switches on both sides of these locomotives, and their interconnection as well. In addition, through a narrow slit in the rear of the lamp also charging of the locomotive battery is signaled.
It consists of two parts:
- An optical pad is placed in front part and it is protected by windshield protective glass firmly molded in flange, light source 60/55 W and 4W, connecting wires, light source 2W as an indicator of battery charging, and locomotive light switch.
- Terminal part for connection with VRS 1 box and interconnection with the second lamp 527 04 02
